Dacha's Live Sets
On this page you’ll find my DJ sets, recorded live at some of my favorite clubs and venues. I was a resident DJ for many years, spinning four nights a week at the legendary Club Contrast, and I also held a resident night at Paradiso discotheque in Novi Sad. Lounge Café was the last venue where I performed weekly before moving to New York City. Each set offers a distinct vibe, and I encourage you to listen and download. The music is 99% house, with strong influences from Jazz, Nu-Jazz, Soul, Funk, and Afro-Latin rhythms and other elements.
This Lounge Cafe live set runs over four hours, with a happy crowd and nonstop music. It was a chilly November night outside, but warm inside the lounge as we served lounge and deep house all night. Like other Lounge Cafe mixes, it starts mellow and builds into funkier grooves. I was free to play whatever I wanted at our Lounge Cafe, and that night we savored soulful, Latin, and jazzy house. DJs often stock lots of tracks they rarely play, but Lounge Cafe felt like every moment was the right time to spin what I wanted. So I looped it again with favorites: Herb Martin, Breakpoint, Sabrina Malheiros, Maxine Inniss, Steal Vybe, Soul Central, The Coffee Kidz, The Sunburst Band, Knee Deep, Copyright, DJ Meme.
This long live DJ set was recorded at Club Mashinac in Smederevo. It was an easy, uplifting night for a crowd hearing House Music like this for the first time. I stuck to the hits, showcasing the commercial side of house. The energy surged with deep, soulful, funky, and jazzy vibes, creating a high-energy dancefloor moment.

This long live DJ set was recorded in Zrenjanin at Club Zeleno Zvono. I’d been invited to spin a few sets, and I’ve always appreciated the hospitality and great times there. The crowd loves fresh music, so I took the chance to share some Latin and deep house vibes, sounds many hadn’t heard before. There’s more than techno & deep house, I plazed some Latin, funky, soulful, and disco, and party was great. We enjoyed the ambient mood and kept things relaxed, as usual.
This live DJ set (luckily recorded) happened at my favorite outdoor gig, the Šabacki Letnji Festival in Serbia (ŠLF), back in 2005. It was a beautiful summer night, and we rocked a great party for Šabac’s party people and househeads. We were laughing, drinking, and I was mixing like crazy, only house music hits all night. If you’re after a solid party DJ mix, this is for you. I’d call it “tastefully commercial”: happy, funky, uplifting, with disco, Latin house, and a techy edge.
